Naoki Hayashi graduated in Japan Osaka Dental University in 1992. He is currently a master ceramist at Ultimate Styles Dental Laboratory in Irvine; CA. Mr. Hayashi constantly searches for the best methods for esthetic porcelain restorations to achieve the best results to satisfy the dentist and their patients high esthetic demands.Mr. Hayashi has lectured all over the world and has a photo album”A Diary –Through the Lens-“ from Quintessence Publishing Company in early 2005. Mr. Hayashi’s lecture “A Challenge to Natural Teeth” is his concept on how to achieve the best esthetic result.
